Physical Products
- Eligibility for Return:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Items like intimate clothing, makeup, and personal care products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
- Return Process:

- We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Digital Products
- Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., downloadable worksheets), refunds are not applicable once the purchase is complete.
- However, if you face any technical issues, contact us, and we will assist in resolving them.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us. Cancellations after this period may not be possible.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
